‚ All items are handmade and therefore a slight variation between each item may occur.

‚ A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order is required with your order form before any work can commence. The balance of the order is required on acceptance of the proofs. Orders to the total of £50 or less are to be paid in full on placement of the order.

‚ Proofs will be sent for your approval within 48 hours of the placement of your order. It is your responsibility to check all proofs carefully for any errors, and amendments should be clearly marked, signed and dated. Amendments returned which are not signed and dated will not be accepted.

‚ A proof will then be sent with amendments made for your approval, and if acceptable should be signed and dated where indicated and returned to Ever So Nice Ltd with the balance of the order. Ever So Nice Ltd does not accept responsibility for any errors that go unnoticed after approval of proofs.

‚ Amendments after final proof has been approved and work has commenced may incur an additional charge, dependant upon the amendment and work completed.

‚ If an order is cancelled before approval of proofs, Ever So Nice Ltd will retain all deposits paid. If an order is cancelled once work has commenced Ever So Nice Ltd will retain a percentage of the full payment pro rata to the work completed.

‚ Please allow 14 days from receipt of signed proofs and balance of payment for completion of order. If an order is required in less than 7 days a chargeable express service is available where a fee of £7.50 will be applied.

‚ No refund or exchange will be given unless goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

‚ Copyright permission must be obtained where hymns, readings, etc are required to be printed in full in the order of service. It is the client's responsibility to obtain permission. Please check with your church if a specific hymn, reading is subject to copyright. Ever So Nice Ltd can apply for licenses on your behalf for a small administration fee.

‚ Should any item used in the production of your order be discontinued we will endeavour to source a match. Any significant difference will be notified to you before commencement of the order.

‚ Ever So Nice Ltd will make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged securely and cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit, or for late delivery due to postal strikes, etc.

‚ Many of the stationery items contain small decorative items that may present a choking hazard for babies and young children.

‚ Your personal details are kept confidential and will not be given to third parties or agencies except for our own accounting purposes.

‚ All designs, website and brochures etc, designed for use by Ever So Nice Ltd are covered by copyright and remain the property of Ever So Nice Ltd. These may not be copied under any circumstances. All rights reserved. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current UK law.
